    My suggestion of using Unix time was (a) tongue-in-cheek and (b) meant only
    as the zero point, that is, it amounts to defining the year 0 as equivalent
    to 1970 CE/AD. The Y2038 problem is a problem for certain implementations
    and has nothing to do with the abstract system.
