    However, GB13000 has a scheme whereby any future codepoints in
    Unicode/10646 are mapped into to the GB codespace algorithmically. That
    would tend to make the alignment of future additions rather automatic.
    Also, the salient point about GB13000 is the byte sequence, not the code
    point. In that sense, it's rather similar to a UTF.
