    Hello everyone,

I sent a response to Mr Suzuki off-list to let him know that we have
    received his comments.

But I also wanted to let everyone know... When you submit comments or
feedback for public review issues, we accumulate those in a document and
discuss all issues at the next available UTC meeting. Usually, public
review issues are set to close just prior to a UTC meeting, so you may not
get a response until after the UTC meeting. When you see the "thank you"
page after submitting the contact form, you know that your feedback has
been sent to us. I will try to clarify the "thank you" page.

Once the UTC has reviewed the issues, I may be assigned to send some form
of response to the author, as required. The responses may take a week after
the end of the UTC meeting.

The resolutions for public review issues are of course posted on the
resolutions page after the closing date.

If you submit feedback and really need an immediate response, or if you
want to really make sure we received your input, please feel free to send
me an e-mail, and I'll see what I can do.

    Cheers,

            Rick
