    The Unicode Technical Committee has posted a new issue for public
    review and comment. Details are on the following web page:

    Issue #128 Proposed Update UTR #37: Ideographic Variation Database

    The purpose of this proposed update is to clarify the conditions under
    which a glyphic subset is appropriate for a given base character. Details
