    Dear Colleagues,

The origin of the boustrophedon directionality was the writing onto sticks
in the ancient times just similarly to the Rovas stick calendar.

There are further relics of the Szekler-Hungarian Rovas in boustrophedon,
    e.g. see:

(16 pieces of Rovas sticks from Kiskunhalas, Hungary, see: Klára
Friedrich: Hazatalálás "Finding way to home",
    http://hazatalalas.hu/oldalak/olvasnivalo/07_02.html, in Hungarian).

    Regards

    Gábor
