Could someone explain to me why extracted/DerivedDecompositionType.txt
has this entry:
AC00..D7A3 ; Canonical # Lo [11172] HANGUL SYLLABLE GA..HANGUL
SYLLABLE HIH

when as far as I can tell, there is no decomposition for them, so I
would think they should have type 'None'.
