An official Unicode proposal is being prepared that will cover the
graphemes of the SignWriting script. A lite markup will be needed for
internal structure and layout. We are hoping to submit a proposal this
year, but not for the February 2011 meeting.

The Internet Draft is for reference. It should progress to an RFC.
