The Unicode Technical Committee has posted a new issue for public review and
comment. Details are on the following web page:

Review periods for the new items close on May 2, 2011.

the new issue is:
The UTC has decided to change the general category of twelve characters, and
is requesting public feedback on the proposed changes. Details of the
proposal and the list of affected characters are in the background document:
