The vertical layout bopomofo in R. Ishida's blog is for the annotation (ruby),
but do you want to use vertical layout in bopomofo only text?

BTW, checking OpenType layout feature registry:
	http://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/features_pt.htm#ruby
the ruby feature is described "only for Japanese". It should be extended to
Korean and Chinese (at least), is there any other scripts/languages that
the (some) users expect the ruby?
