The pdf made by me on 3 June 2011 with the file name locse010_art.pdf might be of interest as it uses symbols to represent sentences non-language-specifically.

I feel that it would be helpful if there were symbols that could be used in a non-language-specific manner for phrases such as "Hello" and "Thank you" and "Best regards," and so on.
