1,250 Recommended Current Emoji

The new draft of Unicode Emoji <http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr51/>
identifies a set of about 1,250 current emoji as recommended for Unicode
7.0 implementations. The consortium would appreciate feedback on this
set of characters. To make review easier, explicit lists of these
characters have been added to Section 3
<http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr51/#Identification>. The Media section
of the report has been moved to a new expanded page,
unicode.org/press/emoji.html <http://www.unicode.org/press/emoji.html>,
and now includes links to video of the recent Emoji keynote. The
selection factors for new emoji have also been extended.
