Resolution:	The UAX will be updated with final content and published as part of Unicode 11.0.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 11.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. This draft adds the UK- identifier prefix and the WS-2017 status value. It also clarifies the use of the UCI- identifier prefix and the W status value.
