F.1 Section 1. UCD

F.1 Section 1.1 Stability policy for ID_Compat_Math_(Start|Continue) [#492]

[186-C3] Consensus: The UTC recommends to the officers the following new entries in the Property Value Stability policy, under Identifiers: For property ID_Compat_Math_Start, “Once a character is ID_Compat_Math_Start, it must continue to be so in all future versions.”; for property ID_Compat_Math_Continue, “Once a character is ID_Compat_Math_Continue, it must continue to be so in all future versions.”. The applicable Unicode versions are 15.1.0+ for both entries.
