Conrad is a vice chair at Unicode’s CLDR Digitally Disadvantaged Languages working group and the Director of Engineering at Translation Commons. He worked at Facebook for 7 years on user safety and internationalization and since then has leveraged his experience and background in anthropology and language to improve technical support languages across the globe.
