Arrival
Guests should arrive in the Reception lobby between 8:15 am and 8:45 am each day. The event begins promptly at 09:00. After checking in at Reception (Amphi Mines) and receiving your event badge and materials, you should proceed to the event spaces.
Tutorial days (20–21 Oct.)
Coffee breaks and breakfast will be served at the K-Hub, which is located on the ground floor of Station A. All tutorials will take place on the first floor. To get there, go up the stairs. If you need assistance getting there by elevator, ask the volunteers on site for help.
Session days (22–23 Oct.)
Coffee breaks and breakfast will be served at the Reception (Amphi Mines). Sessions will be spread in between two buildings: Amphi Mines and Station A. To get to the sessions located at the Creativity Station 109, leave the Reception / Amphi Mines building, enter the Station A located at the same square, then go up to the first floor, turn right after the stairs and go until the end of the corridor.
Lunch Breaks (20–23 Oct.)
All lunch breaks will be served at the ENSAD Nancy building. To get there from the tutorial/session rooms, leave the buildings and follow the glass façade on Rue Sergeant Blandan to the last building on the ARTEM campus – Place Charles Cartier-Bresson. Half of the building is covered with scaffolding – that’s the building you need. Enter the building and turn left after the reception desk. Go up the stairs to the third floor. If you need assistance, ask the volunteers on site for help getting there by elevator. If the automatic door does not open, ring the bell located on the right side of the door.
Please note that lunch breaks are usually quite short, around one hour.
** We kindly ask that you respect this time frame and go to lunch directly after the session or tutorial ends.
Reception evening at Place Stanislas (22 Oct.)
We have organized two shuttles that will be waiting for you after the last sessions to take you to the heart of the city.
** The first leaves at 6:00 p.m., and the second leaves at 6:30 p.m. The meeting point is the square in front of the Reception and Station A buildings. Please arrive in advance.
If you prefer, you can take the T1 trolley or a taxi directly to the Hôtel de Ville at Place Stanislas.
General Information
Guests will receive a UTW 2026 badge which they must wear in plain view during their entire visit.
The reception will be open throughout the event. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
