Change History:

1. The names of the representatives were originally Chau Cheuk Kwan (Clement), Lam Sok Chi, and Professor Lu Qin. Lam Sok Chi and Professor Lu Qin were replaced by Ms. Cheang Pui Pui in 2020. Chau Cheuk Kwan (Clement) and Ms. Cheang Pui Pui were replaced by Mr. Ng Chi Ieong and Ms. Leong I Man in 2025.
2. The original URL, http://www.iso10646hk.net/ivd/MSARG/ (web archive), currently redirects to the previous URL, https://www.safp.gov.mo/mscs/ivs/ (web archive), which became defunct, and was subsequently changed to its current URL in the 2025-07-14 version of the IVD.

Description

The purpose of the MSARG IVD collection, which was registered in the 2016-08-15 version of the IVD, is to register sequences that are included as part of Macao SAR’s Macao Supplementary Character Set (MSCS) character set standard, which was published in 2020 (click here for the Portuguese version). MSCS is part of a framework that uses three character sets — Big Five, HKSCS, and MSCS — to define characters used in Macao SAR for information processing and exchange.
