It's a nice thing to know how these strategies emerge. Before Adam
Stanislaw started talking about Slovak "ch", I wanted to start an opposing
thread, about U+06C0, ARABIC LETTER HEH WITH YEH ABOVE, which is a
precomposed thing. It's neither a character nor a glyph (in Unicode
definitions) in the eyes of a Persian writer. It should be decomposed to
U+0647 ARABIC LETTER YEH plus U+???? ARABIC YEH ABOVE. Does current
strategies accept addition of such character which is only used in
decomposition of one some "thing" accepted as a current Unicode
"character"?
