What encoding are you using? What locales does your system support? Do
your fonts support your intended locales? Are you using character entity
names, codepoint references or the direct characters themselves as inputted
by a user?

I am using the unicode. I have facing some problems in the fonts windows
in hex 7f to 9f is not coming in the Browse, netscape Communicator,
Windows 98 & Windows NT and justyfiction problem. Please send me the
solutions or print screen.
