Microsoft no longer offering MS Arial Unicode downloads?

Has anyone else noticed that Microsoft is no longer offering downloads of
their MS Arial Unicode font on the web anymore? It used to be available at:

http://office.microsoft.com/404.asp?aspxerrorpath=/downloads/2000/aruniupd.a
spx

They seemed to have made the change in the last week. Is this news to
anyone else? Given the fact that it was highly "linked to" on the Internet,
it seems to be bad news...
