    LTag, my utility program to allow easy construction of Plane 14 language
    tags, is back by modest demand:

    I've added an appropriate warning about the "strongly discouraged"
    nature of Plane 14 tags. I've also removed the support for
    country-subdivision (ISO 3166-2) codes, since those are not in fact part
    of a valid RFC 3066 language tag.

    Unlike my other free Unicode-related programs, LTag isn't available for
    direct anonymous download. You have to write to me and request it
    (there's a link for that purpose). Please use LTag responsibly. Those
    who have already asked for a copy will be receiving one shortly.
