No, I am suggesting that they might contribute to an organisation which
has been mostly unsuccessful in getting donations for its Unicode
related activities, but is nevertheless giving away free the results of
the work on fonts, conversion tools etc which it has managed to do. And
actually it was Ed who first suggested making donations to SIL, and I
simply clarified this.

I had assumed that Everson Typography, which offers "to make available
high-quality fonts" (from
http://www.evertype.com/celtscript/index.html), already had the
expertise required to make such fonts work properly.
