Is there somewhere a schematic representation of the potential pitfalls in the
chain of relations in transmitting text/e-mail - sender, relayer, receiver -
the "good road(s)" and where & how different character sets can be mishandled
at each stage?
I'm thinking of something for a not necessarily very tech savvy audience, but
which doesn't omit information to achieve simplicity.
