    Use U+0360 between the vowels of the dipthong:

    ऐंठ - a͠iṭh
    औंठ - a͠uṭh

    It's actually easy enough to encode it correctly. Displaying it well
    might be a problem, but I can get a reasonable display with various
    fonts here.
