    Then it's incomplete. I can find a dozen rare characters that Unicode does
    not include (due to Unicode or the nature of the characters) that belong to
    Latn. It's not a closed set, either.

    JFC has made a reputation here and on ietf-languages. How much time
    should be spent answering a series of poorly thought out questions,
    many of which (like this one) could be looked up in the standard
    documents?
