This September, the 26th Internationalization & Unicode Conference (IUC26), the premier technical conference worldwide for both software and Web internationalization, in cooperation with Transdex, a forum for GILT industry topics, will host an exhibition area in common.

Global Meeting Services, The Unicode Consortium, ACCTI, CSN,GALA, and TILP invite you to exhibit in the IUC26 Showcase, September 8-10, 2004, in San Jose, CA.

The leading localization industry organizations, ACCTI, CSN, GALA, and TILP formed Transdex to offer presentations, classes, and plenary sessions on GILT topics. Transdex is the first industry event to bring the resources of these organizations together under one roof.

Each IUC conference covers a wide range of Unicode and internationalization topics, while exploring certain topics in greater depth. The theme for IUC26 is "Unicode and Internationalization: Best Practices in the Networked World".

Attendees of either Transdex or IUC26 can participate in both events and includes attendance at the SHOWCASE, creating a significant value. Exhibitors will benefit from the opportunities to meet industry decision-makers and end-users from around the world, that require software and Web globalization solutions. You can introduce them to your products and services and generate marketing and sales leads.

With a limited number of booth spaces and sponsorships available, you don't want to miss the opportunity to participate in the SHOWCASE.

A popular IUC26 feature is the Exhibitors Panel, designed to meet the needs of attendees that are looking for solutions and services providers. A limited number of slots are available and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registered exhibiting organizations have the opportunity to participate in the panel forum and give a brief technical presentation describing their distinguishing characteristics and their key challenges and innovations from a product and services perspective.

Attendees learn about exhibitors in several ways:

• The Exhibitors Track will be clearly identified on the conference brochure and agenda.

• A web page on the conference web site will be devoted to the Exhibitors Track and will identify the speakers and their topics alongside corporate logos and links to their web sites.

• Exhibitors are asked to contribute two items prior to the event, which become part of the pool of door prizes given to SHOWCASE attendees during the conference.

• Exhibitors may provide brochures or flyers in advance of the conference, to be given to attendees upon arrival.
