Some queries related to the sorting of numeric characters in 10646.

What is the NUMERIC value of the Tibetan half digits?

Is it:

1 = 0.5 or 0.5
2 = 1 or 1.5
3 = 1.5 or 2.5
4 = 2 or 3.5
5 = 2.5 or 4.5
6 = 3 or 5.5
7 = 3.5 or 6.5
8 = 4 or 7.5
9 = 4.5 or 8.5
0 = 0 or -0.5

How are the Bengali currency numerator and denominators used? (Question
asked in case the answer isn't obvious.)
