When I first started in this business, I would occasionally get similar
messages from speakers of non-English languages. In my experience, these are
usually one-time events to be filed as evidence if ever needed, and simply
ignored.

But, a marvelous sense of gleeful malice will occur when a sender of such mail
comes crawling back for your help (this has happened to me) :-)
