If you put a heavy dark line between each pair of columns then it becomes
separate character collections (I already proposed separate collections for
10646 anyway). But it would be nice, and ecologically friendly, to print
them on the same page, in which case "Philippine scripts" makes a nicer
heading than "Tagalog, Hanunóo, Buhid, Tagbanwa".

Or does it? I don't mind, really.
