What is the status of the Maldivian(*) script in Unicode? Has it been
proposed for addition? Balloted for?
And, as we are at it, what is the status of Maldivian script *out* of
Unicode? Is it still used? Any 8-bit character sets exist.

believe that it is mixed with the Arabic script, that is used to spell words
of Arabic origin, and with European numerals)
