In Israel, multilingual documents are very common, maybe because it is easy
- the Hebrew character set includes the Latin alphabet, and maybe because
it is easier to use English phrases rather than translate them, especially
in technical writing.

And in many scientific works, if one wants to be professional, the
reference list often includes characters that are not in my character set,
even when the Far Eastern and Arabic names are transcribed.
