The table of script to font associations is not user-modifiable.

The way to make Internet Explorer use a specific font, is to author your
source for it with explicit +ADw-font face+AD0- +AD4- or CSS styles. Look at
documentation on embedded fonts at
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/web/default.htm if you can not assume
the existence of a certain font on user's machine.
