To give examples:

In VB? Use ChrW$(&H5973).

In VBScript? Use ChrW(&H5973)

In HTML? Use ᝕

In JScript/JavaScript? Use \u5973

and so on. The answer is 100% dependent on where you are trying to show the
character.
