    Rule 1

    By convention, only Latin capital letters A to Z, space, and hyphen are
    used for writing the names of characters.

    NOTE – Names of characters may also include digits 0 to 9 (provided that
    a digit is not the first character in a word)

    NOTE : Les noms des caractères peuvent aussi comprendre les chiffres 0 à
    9 (en autant que le premier caractère d’un nom ne soit pas un chiffre)
    lorsque l’utilisation du nom de ce chiffre n’est pas appropriée.
