Hello
The slash-C is used in more than just phonetic linguistic texts. The
Ktunaxa Nation of South-Eastern British Columbia has officially accepted
the slash-c as a letter of their othography, and recently stated that
they require capital and lowercase versions of this.
They also use a a double-barred l, which looks like an l with an equals
sign overlaid (caps and lowercase). Should this character also be up for
discussion?
