Code2001, a freeware font for Plane One, has been updated.

Many rough, filler glyphs were added some time ago to enable
testing of scripts added in Unicode 4.0. Although these glyphs
are quite rough, they should be better than those horrid little
empty squares. By popular demand, these testing ranges have
been added to the official release of Code2001.
Mark Williamson has released some much better looking fonts
covering scripts like Linear-B and Osmanya. These fonts can
be found through Tex Texin's page at:
