    Hi all,

VeriSign has some info about that:

    http://verisign.com/products-services/naming-and-directory-services/naming-services/internationalized-domain-names/page_001386.html#0100000D

The IDN RFCs (3454, 3490, 3491 and 3492) are all on the Standards Track
and are all at the Proposed Standard Maturity Level:

    http://www.rfc-editor.org/categories/rfc-proposed.html

    Maturity Level is discussed here:

    ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/rfc2026.txt

So, the IDN RFCs are not "done" yet. Maybe some problematic domain name
registrations will be deleted later, who knows?
