    In tamil unicode googlegroups, some listers
    send mails from Microsoft Outlook.
    The header in their mails is:
    X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.5.7226.0

    While in gmail accounts, receiving folks can read the
    tamil text, but in the webpage of googlegroup
    the same message appears as ?????. An example:

    Any fixes? What should the sender choose as settings?
