    The Unicode Technical Committee has posted a new issue for public review
    and comment. Details are on the following web page:

    Review period for the new item closes on February 5, 2007.

    Briefly, the new issue is:

    The proposed update to UAX #29 fixes some items that were noted in proof
    for Unicode 5.0. It makes changes in the definition of "Sp" and and some
    break conditions in rules SB8 and SB11. Public feedback is invited.
