    The Unicode Technical Committee has posted a new issue for public review
    and comment. Details are on the following web page:

    Review period for the new item closes on February 5, 2007.

    Briefly, the new issue is:

    The proposed update of UAX #31 has changes that discuss the issue of
    canonical equivalence of identifiers. Public feedback is invited.
