    Frank, the "uppercase ß" is not fictitious: there is a clear evidence of attestation of a distinct typeform. There may be some questions as to the extent of attestation and user community, and certainly some disagreement regarding ontological status as character versus glyph. But trying to win an argument by declaring the typeform in question to be fictitious is not helpful, IMO.
