    I got it working with LilyPond now. LilyPond and some Edition Peters
    typesetting of J.S. Bach use a steeper down-slope on the thick part
    of U+1D19D MUSICAL SYMBOL ORNAMENT STROKE-3 than you. - I got it to
    about 40 degrees relative the vertical line.
