Two new Public Review Issues have been posted on the Unicode
    website:

PRI 145 Proposed Update UAX #15: Unicode Normalization Forms
    http://www.unicode.org/review/#pri145

PRI 146 Suggested Restructuring of Text in Chapter 3 for
            Clarification of Unicode Normalization
    http://www.unicode.org/review/#pri146

Review periods for the new items close on May 4, 2009.

These Public Review Issues address the proposed consolidation
of the specification for Unicode Normalization Forms into
a single location in the standard, so that it will be easier
to understand and to reference. The two PRIs are closely
related, because of the way the specification is currently
spread between one part in Chapter 3 and one part in UAX #15.

Please note that the proposed changes are intended only as a
textual consolidation. The text changes do not result in any
substantive change to the definition of Unicode normalization.
All Unicode strings currently in a normalization form will continue
to be in that normalization form. All conformant implementations
of the Unicode Normalization Algorithm will continue to be
    conformant.

Public feedback is welcomed during the review period.
