There is no superscript decimal point in Unicode 5.0. To find all of
the superscript characters, you can search for "<super>" in the file
UnicodeData.txt.
The preferred way to do what you want is to use HTML, such as:
x<sup>0.5</sup>
or possibly using CSS.
