IRG	Ideographic Rapporteur Group
IUC	Internationalization and Unicode Conference
INCITS/ L2	Technical Committee L2 "Codes and Character Sets" subcommittee of the National Committee for Information Technology Standards is responsible for the creation and maintenance of U.S. standards for the coding of graphic and control characters for use in data processing systems and equipment.
