Bianca Berning
Bianca Berning is a Staff Typographer at Spotify. She specialises in typography, type design, and type tech — shaping how we read, connect, and experience digital spaces. Before joining Spotify, she spent over a decade at typeface design studio Dalton Maag, where she led the design of custom typefaces for global brands like Amazon, BBC, FedEx, and Google. She’s a frequent speaker at international design and UX conferences, a member of the Unicode Consortium, part of the W3C Web Fonts Working Group, and an active member of Alphabettes, where she founded a mentorship program supporting women in type.
