Resolution:	The UAX will be updated with final content and published as part of Unicode 15.0

Description of Issue:

A Proposed Update of UAX #50, Unicode Vertical Text Layout for the Unicode 15.0 release is now available for public review and comment. Draft update 2022-05-09.

This Unicode Standard Annex is being updated to add Section 3.2.3, "Right-to-Left Scripts", that acknowledges a current limitation of the Vertical_Orientation property with regard to right-to-left scripts.
