Resolution:	The UAX will be updated with final content and published as part of Unicode 16.0.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Technical Standard will be updated with Unicode 16.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. Updated the definitions of skeleton and confusable for confusable detection. Draft updated 2024-05-14.
