Description of Issue:

This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 17.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment.

In this draft, the provisional kGB7 and kJa properties were removed, the provisional kTayNumeric property was added, Section 3.3 was updated to reference additional properties, the descriptions of the kCantonese, kDaeJaweon, kIRGDaeJaweon, kIRG_MSource, kKoreanEducationHanja, and kKoreanName properties were updated, the syntax and descriptions of the kIRG_GSource, kIRG_SSource, and kIRG_TSource properties were updated to accommodate new source prefixes, the syntax and descriptions of the kAlternateTotalStrokes and kStrange properties were updated, the delimiter and description of the kTotalStrokes property were updated, the ranges U+2B73A..U+2B73F and U+2CEA2..U+2CEAD and the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension J block were added to the first table in Section 4.4, the syntax of 50 properties were updated for consistency, and references to UTC Consensuses and Action Items were added to the Modifications section.
