Description of Issue:

This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 17.0. A proposed update is available for general public review and comment.

Bopomofo has been moved from Recommended Scripts to Limited Use Scripts. The newly encoded scripts have been added to the Excluded Scripts. Tibetan continues to be Recommended, but there is now a note about challenges with using the Tibetan script in identifiers. The description of the Mathematical Compatibility Notation Profile has been corrected
