Description of Issue:

In this draft, Section 2.1.2 was updated to reflect the new structure of the IRG, Section 3.1 was updated to adjust the references to Singapore, the new normative kIRG_SGSource property was added, the “GS” source prefix was removed from the kIRG_GSource property, the “GCP,” “GCW,” “HCP,” and “TCP” source prefixes were added, the syntax and descriptions of the kIRG_GSource, kIRG_HSource, and kIRG_TSource properties were updated, and the first table in Section 4.4 was updated to add the new CJK Unified Ideographs Components-A and CJK Unified Ideographs Components-B blocks.
